Today was the best day I’ve had in ages.
Our toilet was fixed this morning. It never really occurred to me how convenient it is to have a working toilet in your house, or what it would be like to have to put forethought into your toilet schedule. The smell in the house was awful but thankfully it’s gone now.
Yes, I agree, it’s sad that I’m blogging about how happy I am to have a working toilet. But hey, it’s the simple things, right?
Anyway, a photo I took of Karl a few months back is in InPress this week. Full page print. I’ve only ever seen my photos printed at 6×4 so it’s nice to finally have a large print, even if it is on crappy newspaper stock. It’s definitely not my best work but I’m chuffed nevertheless.
Also today, I was booked to play at a large party coming up soon. More about that when the line-up is officially announced. ;)
And of course tonight there was Black Cat. It doesn’t matter how bad my week is going, I always look forward to going there. Thursdays just wouldn’t be the same without that place. Good tunes, good couches and good company. They have also started selling Agwa. Yum!
