I managed to import my calendar events in the same way that I'd done with my contacts. instead of mailing them to myself i just copied the attached files from the unsent outlook mail into a folder on a usb drive. this folder is easily imported into ical. i mostly had birthdays and anniversaries and i got the whole jingbag...ALL the recurring events. had to manually delete the past dates.

I have the similar problem as when I read your moving contacts to OS X iCal. I can not see the 'Forward as iCalendar' button under the actions menu. Many thanks.

Hi

I tried doing this but the attachment that came through on my mac was a dat file. When going to import the calender file in ical I was unable to do so.

Any suggestions?

Many thanks

Pablo,

Are you using Office XP or 2003? I only tested this with 2003.

Also, is there anything special about the appointments that it failed to export? Did they have some special content in them or something like that?
